If we have a rain out, when can we do the make-up class?

• You have two weeks from the rained out class to make up your missed class.

You can’t do any make-up classes outside the session the participant is enrolled.

• It needs prior authorization from the Director of the program the participant is enrolled in. (Due to the number of participants in the classes)

How many days in advance can I book a court?

• 8 days if you are a pass holder and 3 if you are not.

Can I get my racquet strung there? And how long does it takes to get it done?

• Yes you can. We have the best stringing machine on the market and a certified racquet technician on staff who will string your racquet and make repairs, such as grommet replacement, grip build ups and even lead tape balancing.

Do I need to be a member to use the courts?

• No, everyone is welcome at The Courts of Mckinney
